DIGITAL ANGEL CORPORATION TO ANNOUNCE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2006
FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR ON MONDAY, MARCH 5

Corporation (AMEX: DOC), an advanced technology company in the field of
rapid and accurate identification, location tracking and condition
monitoring of high-value assets, announced today that it plans to issue
its fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended
December 31, 2006, on Monday, March 5, 2007, at approximately 4:00 p.m.
ET. That same day, the Company will hold a conference call at 5:00 p.m.
