Pursuant to the 1-for-8 reverse split of the common stock of Digital Angel Corporation that became effective on Monday, November 10, 2008, our stock symbol was changed from DIGA to DIGAD, according to NASDAQ rules. The symbol will remain DIGAD through Friday, December 5, 2008. It will be reverted to DIGA on Monday, December 8, 2008.
